Our GroupsEmployee Resource Groups (ERGs) are voluntary, employee-led groups that serve as a resource for employees with common interests around the world by fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace aligned with the organizational goals, business strategies and objectives.
Linde’s employee resource groups are:
BONDS
Our Building Our Network and Driving Success (BONDS) ERG supports women in Operations roles who often work in physically isolated environments and connects them with a support network.
Kaleidoscope
The Kaleidoscope ERG based in Germany is striving to embed diversity and inclusion as an integral part of the company’s culture and primarily focuses on promoting professional development of our female employees.
REACH
The Resource group for Employees of African Culture and Heritage (REACH) focuses primarily on supporting employees of African culture and heritage.
Salute
Linde established its Salute group in 2014 for employees who are active military, veteran military, military spouses and family, along with all employees who seek to support service members.
SNAP
The Success Network of Asian Professionals (SNAP) was formed to engage, retain, and develop Linde’s global community of Asian employees in order to help drive and strengthen Linde’s business strategies.
Spectrum
Spectrum strives to create and promote an inclusive and productive environment for the LGBTQ community where all employees are valued and provided equal opportunities to contribute to the success of the company.
